Next day delivery is £6.95 when you order by 7pm, choose your day costs £5.95, Saturday delivery £9.95 and delivery to a DPD Parcel Shop £4.95. Click and collect is free and takes 3-5 days. Large items cost £20 on weekdays or £30 at weekends.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 calendar days to return items, which must be unused with their tags attached. Returns are free in store or by post to Huddersfield, while a courier collection is charged unless the item arrived damaged. Personalised items, toiletries, swimwear, opened mattresses and clearance items cannot be returned.
