About ManoMano
ManoMano is an online marketplace for DIY, home improvement, gardening and tools. The products on the site are listed and sold by third-party sellers, which ManoMano brings together in one place. As well as serving people working on their own homes, it has a dedicated section for trade customers.
ManoMano - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about ManoMano - starting with how voucher codes work on the marketplace.
How do I use a ManoMano voucher code?
Add the products you want to your basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, and check that the discount appears in the total.
Tips for using a ManoMano voucher code
Enter your ManoMano voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then check the order total to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the terms first, as a code may only cover certain categories or sellers, or need a minimum spend, and it usually cannot be added after the order is placed.
How to save at ManoMano
A ManoMano voucher code is the simplest way to cut the cost of an order. Because the marketplace is made up of many sellers, it pays to compare the same kind of product from more than one of them, and to include the delivery charge in that comparison, since charges vary from seller to seller. Trade customers should also look at the section set up for them.
Delivery
Delivery on ManoMano depends on the seller behind each product, and the options and charges vary from one seller to another. Check the delivery details for every item before you order, particularly when your basket includes products from different sellers.
Returns and cancellation rights
Returns on ManoMano are arranged with the seller you bought from. You start the process from your order history, where you can find the order and contact the seller about sending the item back.
