Mattress Man - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Mattress Man - from voucher codes to trying a mattress before you buy.
How do I use a Mattress Man voucher code?
Add your mattress or bed to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the total.
Can I try a mattress before buying from Mattress Man?
Yes. Mattress Man has physical stores where you can lie on mattresses and look at beds in person before you order, which helps when you are choosing between firmness levels.
Can Mattress Man take away my old mattress?
Yes. Mattress Man offers a removal service for your old mattress, which saves you arranging disposal yourself when the new one arrives.
Tips for using a Mattress Man voucher code
Enter your Mattress Man voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to make sure the discount has been taken off. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may need a minimum spend or only cover certain brands or ranges, and a code usually cannot be added once the order has been placed.
How to save at Mattress Man
A Mattress Man voucher code is the most direct way to save on a new bed or mattress. Visiting one of the stores to try mattresses first reduces the risk of choosing the wrong one, and the sleep trial gives you time to be sure at home. Buying a mattress and bed frame in the same order also makes it easier to meet any minimum spend a code needs.
Delivery
Free next-day delivery is available on qualifying orders, subject to conditions. Mattress Man can also remove your old mattress. The full delivery terms are set out in the help centre on its website, so check them for your postcode and order before you buy.
Returns and cancellation rights
Mattresses come with a 60-night sleep trial, giving you time to decide whether the one you chose suits you. The conditions of the trial, and the wider returns terms, are published in the Mattress Man help centre, so read them before you order.
