About Mattress Online
Mattress Online is a bed and bedding retailer run from Rotherham in South Yorkshire. It sells mattresses, beds, pillows, duvets, toppers, protectors and blankets from brands such as Silentnight, Sealy, Hypnos, Tempur, Emma and Simba, and it has showrooms in Yorkshire where you can see the range in person.
Mattress Online - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Mattress Online - from voucher codes to showrooms and taking away an old mattress.
How do I use a Mattress Online voucher code?
Put your mattress, bed or bedding in the basket and go through to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the code field before you pay, then check the total to confirm the reduction.
Can I try a mattress before buying from Mattress Online?
Yes, if you live near one of its Yorkshire sites. There are showrooms in Rotherham, Skipton and Doncaster, and an outlet in Sheffield, where you can lie on a mattress before ordering.
Will Mattress Online take away my old mattress?
Yes. Old mattress removal is available as an extra, and you can add recycling of your old mattress to your order for a fee of £35.
Tips for using a Mattress Online voucher code
Enter your Mattress Online voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been taken off. Check the terms of the code first, since an offer may cover only certain brands or products, or need a minimum spend, and it cannot normally be added once the order has gone through.
How to save at Mattress Online
A Mattress Online voucher code is the quickest way to lower the price of a new mattress or bed. The sale section is worth a look before you pay full price, as it covers mattresses, beds and bedding. Standard next-day delivery is free to most of the UK, so there is usually no delivery charge to budget for, and Klarna lets you spread a larger purchase over several payments.
Payment methods
Mattress Online accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Klarna (pay in 3 and finance)
Delivery
Delivery is free and next day to most of the UK when you order before 4pm Monday to Thursday or 2pm on Saturday. Carrying a mattress or bed into the room of your choice costs £20. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and rural Wales take three days or more and carry an extra charge, and there is no delivery to the Scottish Isles, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.
Returns and cancellation rights
Standalone mattresses come with a 100-night comfort trial, so you can sleep on the mattress at home before deciding whether it suits you. Once 30 nights have passed, an exchange can be arranged if it does not work out. The exact conditions are set out on the comfort trial page, so read them before you order.
