Merrell - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Merrell - from voucher codes to tracking and changing an order.
How do I use a Merrell voucher code?
Add your boots, shoes or clothing to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, and check that the discount is taken off the total.
Can I change a Merrell order after placing it?
No. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed, so check the size, colour and delivery address carefully before you confirm payment.
How do I track a Merrell order?
You can follow the progress of an order in your Merrell account, where the tracking details are shown once the parcel is on its way.
Tips for using a Merrell voucher code
Enter your Merrell voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then look at the order summary to confirm the reduction has been applied. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may exclude outlet or final-sale items or require a minimum spend, and because orders cannot be changed afterwards, a forgotten code cannot be added later.
How to save at Merrell
A Merrell voucher code is the most direct way to cut the price of an order. The outlet section is worth a look before paying full price, and standard delivery is free once your basket passes £75, so adding a second item can be cheaper than paying for delivery. Free returns also make it less costly to order a size you are unsure about.
Payment methods
Merrell accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £4.95 and takes 3-5 working days, and it is free on orders over £75. Next day delivery costs £5.99 when you order by 6pm Monday to Friday, but it is not available to the Highlands, the Islands or Northern Ireland. Merrell does not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.
Returns and cancellation rights
Returns are free on every order. You start a return through the online returns portal, then either print a label or use a QR code and drop the parcel off with Evri. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, so check the product page before you buy anything from that part of the range.
