About Michael Kors
Michael Kors is a designer label selling handbags, shoes, clothing, watches and accessories through its UK website and stores, including outlet stores. The brand is part of Capri Holdings, and its UK website carries the main collections alongside an online outlet where you can find reduced lines.
Michael Kors - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Michael Kors - from voucher codes to membership and gift cards.
How do I use a Michael Kors voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promo code field before you pay, and check that the discount appears in the order total.
What is KORSVIP?
KORSVIP is the membership programme at Michael Kors. The website sets out what members receive, so it is worth reading if you buy from the brand regularly.
Does Michael Kors sell gift cards?
Yes. Michael Kors sells both gift cards and e-gift cards. An e-gift card is a practical choice when you need a present quickly, since there is nothing to post.
Tips for using a Michael Kors voucher code
Enter your Michael Kors voucher code in the promo code field at the checkout and check the order summary before you confirm payment. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may need a minimum spend, leave out outlet items or certain collections, or work only on full-price lines, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Michael Kors
A Michael Kors voucher code is the most direct way to take money off an order. The online outlet is worth browsing before you pay full price, and signing up for emails brings an offer on your first order. There is also a refer-a-friend scheme, and standard delivery is free on orders over £300.
Payment methods
Michael Kors accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- American Express
- PayPal and Apple Pay
- Klarna
- Michael Kors gift cards
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £4.95 and takes 3-5 working days, while express delivery costs £10 and arrives in 1-2 days when you order before 3pm. Delivery is free on orders over £300. A signature is needed on delivery, and orders go to UK addresses only, not to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Returning an item to a store is free, while a fee is taken off the refund for postal returns. Orders paid with Klarna must be sent back by post. Face masks, swimwear, underwear, and jewellery or beauty products with broken seals cannot be returned.
