You have 30 days from purchase to return an item, on top of the 14-day statutory cancellation period. Returns within the UK are free, but the original delivery charge is not refunded. Start a return through the returns portal and send the item back within 14 days. Returns go to a warehouse in north-east England, not to the London head office, and refunds are made within 14 days of the item arriving.
