Momcozy - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Momcozy - from voucher codes to its membership and online tools.
How do I use a Momcozy voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before paying, and check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Does Momcozy have a membership programme?
Yes. Momcozy runs a membership programme as well as a separate Care programme. You can find the details of each, including how to join, on the UK website.
Does Momcozy offer any free planning tools?
The website has an ovulation calculator, a due date calculator and a baby name tool, plus a blog with articles for parents and parents-to-be.
Tips for using a Momcozy voucher code
Enter your Momcozy voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then check the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the code's terms first, since an offer may exclude bundles or require a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Momcozy
A Momcozy voucher code is the simplest way to cut the cost of an order. Delivery is free once your basket passes £20.99, so adding an accessory to a small order can work out cheaper than paying the £4.00 charge. Bundles group related products together, and joining the membership programme is worth considering if you expect to shop again.
Payment methods
Momcozy accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Klarna
- Amazon Pay
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £20.99 and costs £4.00 below that. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and usually arrive within 3-8 working days, although rural addresses can take up to 20. Momcozy covers any UK customs duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
Returns and cancellation rights
Momcozy accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days. The returns page on the UK website explains how to start a return or swap an item, so check it before you send anything back.
More about Momcozy
Momcozy focuses on products for pregnancy, feeding and the early months with a baby, and its UK customers are served from an office in Cambridge. Breast pumps are a central part of the range, in both wearable and electric versions, and they sit alongside nursing bras, pregnancy support wear, bottle warmers, sterilisers, baby carriers and monitors. Beyond the shop, the website offers a membership programme, a Care programme, a set of calculators for ovulation, due dates and baby names, and a blog for parents and parents-to-be.
