Monsoon - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Monsoon - from voucher codes to membership and gift cards.
How do I use a Monsoon voucher code?
Put your items in the basket on monsoon.co.uk and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the discount appears in the order total.
What is Monsoon Reward?
Monsoon Reward is the store's membership scheme. Joining brings a sign-up offer on full-price items, so it is worth signing up before you place your first order.
Does Monsoon sell gift cards?
Yes. Monsoon sells gift cards, which let the person receiving one choose from the clothing, shoes and accessories in the range themselves.
Tips for using a Monsoon voucher code
Enter your Monsoon voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment and check that the basket total goes down. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may apply only to full-price items, leave out certain ranges or need a minimum spend. If a code does not work, check that everything in your basket qualifies.
How to save at Monsoon
A Monsoon voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to cut the cost of an order. Joining Monsoon Reward gives you a sign-up offer on full-price items, so it makes sense to join before a larger purchase. If you would rather spread the cost, Klarna and Clearpay let you pay later or in instalments.
Payment methods
Monsoon accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
