Moonpig - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Moonpig - from voucher codes to membership and business orders.
How do I use a Moonpig voucher code?
Finish your card or gift and add it to the basket, then go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay and check that the discount appears in the total.
What is Moonpig Plus?
Moonpig Plus is an annual membership that gives savings on cards. It suits people who send cards regularly through the year, and the current price and terms are shown on the Moonpig site.
Can businesses order cards from Moonpig?
Yes. Moonpig for Business handles bulk card orders, which is useful when you need to send cards to a whole team, a list of clients or customers at once.
Does Moonpig have sites for other countries?
Yes. Alongside the UK site, Moonpig runs separate sites for the US, Australia and Ireland, so it is worth using the right one when you send a card abroad.
Tips for using a Moonpig voucher code
Enter your Moonpig voucher code at the checkout once your card or gift is in the basket, and check the order summary before you pay to confirm the saving. Read the terms of the code, as an offer may only apply to cards, to certain gifts or to a minimum spend, and it usually cannot be added after the order is placed.
How to save at Moonpig
A Moonpig voucher code is one way to cut the cost of a card or gift. If you send cards often, Moonpig Plus is worth weighing up, since members get savings on cards throughout the year. Look at the delivery options at the checkout before paying, so you pick one that arrives in time without paying for more speed than you need. Gift cards let the recipient choose for themselves.
Delivery
Cards ordered before the evening cut-off can be delivered the next day. The delivery options available for your order, and what each one costs, are shown at the checkout before you pay.
