Mountain Warehouse - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Mountain Warehouse - from voucher codes to gift cards, stores and help.
How do I use a Mountain Warehouse voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promotional code field before you pay, and check that the discount comes off the order total.
Does Mountain Warehouse have stores?
Yes. Mountain Warehouse has physical stores as well as its website, and the store locator helps you find the nearest one if you would like to see or try on items in person.
Can I buy a Mountain Warehouse gift card?
Yes. Mountain Warehouse sells gift cards, which let the recipient choose their own jacket, boots or camping kit rather than you guessing their size or taste.
Where can I get help with a Mountain Warehouse order?
The help centre on the Mountain Warehouse website is the first place to look if you have a question about an order you have placed or are about to place.
Tips for using a Mountain Warehouse voucher code
Enter your Mountain Warehouse voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then look at the order summary to make sure the reduction has gone through. Read the code's terms first, since an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out clearance items, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Mountain Warehouse
A Mountain Warehouse voucher code is the simplest way to take money off an order. Students can claim a student discount, and the clearance section is worth checking before paying full price. Standard delivery is free on orders over £50 and next-day delivery is free over £125, so combining purchases into one larger order can save on delivery.
Payment methods
Mountain Warehouse accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Clearpay
Delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders over £50, and next-day delivery is free on orders over £125. Charges for smaller orders and delivery times are shown at the checkout.
Returns and cancellation rights
Mountain Warehouse gives you 60 days to return items. That longer window gives you time to try on clothing and boots at home before deciding whether to keep them.
