Mylee - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Mylee - from voucher codes to finding stockists and working with the brand.
How do I use a Mylee voucher code?
Put your products in the basket and continue to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Can I buy Mylee products in shops?
Mylee has a store locator on its website, so you can check whether a shop near you stocks the range before you make the trip.
Can I work with Mylee as an ambassador?
Yes. Mylee runs a brand ambassador programme as well as an affiliate scheme for people who want to promote its products. Details of both are on the Mylee website.
Tips for using a Mylee voucher code
Enter your Mylee voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to see that the discount has gone through. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may exclude certain kits or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be applied once the order has been placed.
How to save at Mylee
A Mylee voucher code at the checkout is the easiest way to take money off an order. Signing up to the email list brings a discount, students can claim their own reduction, and the loyalty programme rewards repeat shopping. You can also refer a friend, and because delivery is free once you spend over £35, grouping refills and accessories into one order is worth doing.
Payment methods
Mylee accepts the following payment methods:
- Clearpay (pay in instalments)
- Klarna
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £35. On smaller orders the delivery charge is shown at the checkout, so you can see the full cost before you pay.
