About Myprotein
Myprotein is a sports nutrition brand that sells its own range of protein powders, supplements, vitamins, protein bars and snacks. Alongside the nutrition products it offers activewear and training accessories, and some flavours are made in collaboration with well-known food brands. Orders can be sent to your home or to a collection point.
Myprotein - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Myprotein - from voucher codes to its delivery pass and ownership.
How do I use a Myprotein voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before paying, and check that the order total has dropped accordingly.
What is Myprotein MyDemand?
MyDemand is an annual delivery pass. While it is active it covers unlimited standard delivery, which can work out well if you top up your supplements with frequent small orders.
Who owns Myprotein?
Myprotein is part of THG, a UK group that runs a number of online brands. The products themselves are sold under the Myprotein name as its own brand.
Tips for using a Myprotein voucher code
Type your Myprotein voucher code into the discount box at the checkout before you pay, then check the basket total to confirm the reduction. Read the code's terms, as some offers apply only to certain products or need a minimum order value, and a code generally has to be entered before the order is placed.
How to save at Myprotein
A Myprotein voucher code is the quickest way to cut the cost of an order. Students and key workers can claim their own discounts, and the referral scheme rewards you when friends place an order. Standard delivery is free once your basket passes £55, so combining purchases into one larger order saves on delivery charges.
Payment methods
Myprotein accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna (pay later)
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £4.49, takes 2-3 days and is free on orders over £55. Click and collect to more than 8,500 collection points carries the same charge and threshold. Next-day delivery is £5.99, or free over £65, and same-day delivery is offered in the Birmingham and Wolverhampton area.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 days from receiving your order to send items back, and returns are free through the online returns portal. Products must be unworn or unopened with their seals intact. Underwear, swimwear, socks and opened bottles cannot be returned. Refunds are usually processed about 3-5 working days after the return arrives.
