About NOW
NOW is a streaming service offering Entertainment, Entertainment and HBO Max, Cinema and Sports memberships on flexible monthly terms, with day passes as well. Boost and Ultra Boost add-ons can be added to a membership, and you watch through the website or the NOW app on many devices. NOW also sells broadband.
NOW - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about NOW - from voucher codes to devices and how memberships work.
How do I use a NOW voucher code?
Choose the membership you want and work through the sign-up steps. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you confirm payment, then check that the price shown has changed.
What devices can I watch NOW on?
You can watch in a web browser or through the NOW app, which runs on many devices. Check the NOW help pages before signing up to make sure your device is supported.
Can I get NOW offers if another provider bills me?
No. NOW offers are not available to customers whose membership is billed through a third party, so they only apply when you pay NOW directly.
Tips for using a NOW voucher code
Enter your NOW voucher code during sign-up, before you confirm payment, and check that the reduced price appears in your order summary. Read the terms carefully, as an offer may only apply to certain memberships or to new customers, and some offer plans come with a minimum term that you are committed to.
How to save at NOW
A NOW voucher code is one way to lower the cost of a membership. Because memberships are flexible, you can choose only the ones you will actually watch, and a day pass can work out cheaper than a full month when you only want a single day of sport. The offers page lists discounted plans, but remember that those come with a six-month minimum term.
Delivery
NOW is a digital service, so nothing is delivered. Once you have signed up you can start streaming in a web browser or in the NOW app on a supported device.
Returns and cancellation rights
Standard memberships are flexible and run on a monthly basis. Plans taken as part of an offer carry a six-month minimum term, and cancelling one of those only takes effect once the six months have passed. Check the terms of any offer before you sign up, so you know how long you are committing to.
