Oak Furnitureland - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Oak Furnitureland - from voucher codes to showrooms and mattress brands.
How do I use an Oak Furnitureland voucher code?
Add your furniture to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, and check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Can I see Oak Furnitureland furniture before I buy?
Yes. Oak Furnitureland has showrooms around the UK, where you can look at pieces in person and try out sofas and chairs before you decide.
Which mattress brands does Oak Furnitureland sell?

Tips for using a Oak Furnitureland voucher code
Enter your Oak Furnitureland voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then check the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may exclude certain ranges or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order has been placed.
How to save at Oak Furnitureland
An Oak Furnitureland voucher code is the simplest way to cut the price of a large order. Interest-free credit is available on orders from £499, which spreads the cost of a sofa or dining set without adding interest. Choosing the delivery tier that matches what you need also helps: Basic delivery costs the least if you are happy to move the furniture into place and put it together yourself.
Payment methods
Oak Furnitureland accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay
- Klarna
- Bank transfer
Delivery
There are three delivery tiers. Basic (£9.99-£29.99) is a two-person team bringing items inside the front door. Standard (£29.99-£49.99) takes them to the room of your choice within 7 days, and Premium (£99.99-£129.99) adds assembly and packaging removal within 7 days. Deliveries to the Isle of Wight carry a £70 surcharge.
Returns and cancellation rights
Items bought online can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and showroom purchases within 7 days. Returns are arranged by phone and carry a charge based on size: £20 for a small item, £50 for a large item and £100 for the first sofa, with a lower charge for additional items. Beds, mattresses and made-to-order showroom pieces count as special items and cannot be returned.
More about Oak Furnitureland
Oak Furnitureland was founded in 2006 and is a company registered in England and Wales. Hardwood furniture sits at the heart of the business and covers most rooms in the house, from dining tables and sideboards to wardrobes, bookcases and TV units. The range also takes in upholstery, with sofas, recliners and sofa beds, and the bedroom offer extends to beds and branded mattresses. Customers can order on the website or visit one of the showrooms around the UK, and a choice of delivery services lets them decide how much of the carrying and assembly they want handled for them.
