About Ocado
Ocado is an online supermarket that delivers grocery orders to customers' homes. Its range covers everyday groceries along with household goods, all ordered through the website, so the weekly shop can be put together from home without a trip to the supermarket and carried to your door for you.
Ocado - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about using an Ocado voucher code on your online grocery order.
How do I use an Ocado voucher code?
Fill your basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you confirm the order, and check that the discount appears in the order total.
Tips for using a Ocado voucher code
Enter your Ocado voucher code at the checkout before you confirm your order, and check the order summary to see that the discount has been applied. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may need a minimum spend or only apply to certain orders, and a code usually cannot be added once the order has been placed.
How to save at Ocado
An Ocado voucher code entered at the checkout is the most direct way to bring down the cost of a grocery order. It also helps to plan your meals for the week before you shop, build your basket from a list rather than browsing, and compare similar products by price and pack size so you pick the better-value option each time.
