DPD Pickup is free over £80 and £3.99 below that.
Returns and cancellation rights
Online orders can be returned within 28 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn and in their original packaging. Returning to an OFFSPRING store is free. A DPD Pickup return costs £2.95, which comes off your refund, or you can send the parcel to the Kilmarnock warehouse by Royal Mail or courier at your own cost. In-store purchases have 28 days at full price and 14 days in the sale.
