About OKA

OKA is a London-based interiors brand selling furniture, lighting and homeware, mostly under its own name. The range covers seating, tables, storage, beds and mattresses alongside lamps, rugs, cushions, throws, tableware, mirrors and candles, and some upholstered pieces are made to order.

OKA - frequently asked questions

Here we answer the questions people ask most often about OKA - from voucher codes to design help, trade accounts and its shops.

How do I use an OKA voucher code?

Add your pieces to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before paying, then check that the discount has come off the order total.

Does OKA offer help with interior design?

Yes. OKA runs an interior design service for customers who would like advice on furnishing a room or putting a scheme together. Details of how to book it are on the OKA website.

Does OKA have a trade programme?

Yes. OKA accepts applications for trade accounts, and professionals who buy furniture as part of their work can apply through the trade section of the OKA website.

Can I see OKA furniture before I buy?

Yes. OKA has shops in the UK where you can look at pieces in person, and online orders can also be sent to a store for you to collect.

Tips for using a OKA voucher code

Enter your OKA voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to be sure the reduction has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may not cover every product or may need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order has been placed.

How to save at OKA

An OKA voucher code is the simplest way to reduce the cost of an order. The standing sale section covers furniture, homeware and lighting, so it is worth browsing before paying full price, though outlet items cannot be returned for a refund. Delivery and return charges are tiered by order value, so grouping purchases into one order can make sense, and collecting from a store is another option to compare.

Delivery

Parcels travel with DPD and arrive within five working days, or the next day if you order before noon, except in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Large or fragile items are delivered by AIT within ten working days, and in most areas unpacking and assembly are included. Made-to-order pieces can take up to 20 weeks. Delivery charges depend on the order value.

Returns and cancellation rights

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Small parcels go back through the DPD returns portal, heavy or fragile items are collected after you arrange it by phone, and you can also return to an OKA store. A return fee based on the order value is taken off your refund, and returns are free on the largest orders. Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled within 48 hours, after which only half the price is refunded. Outlet items are non-refundable.

More about OKA

OKA was founded in 1999 by Lady Annabel Astor, Sue Jones and Lucinda Waterhouse, and it began life as a mail-order business. Its first shop opened in Parsons Green, London, in 2000, and the company is still headquartered in the capital. Today it sells through its website and a network of UK stores, offering furniture and accessories sold mostly under its own name. Alongside the shop, OKA provides an interior design service for customers and a trade programme for professionals, and orders can be collected in store or shipped there for pick-up.
