Oliver Bonas - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Oliver Bonas - from voucher codes to furniture finance and gift cards.
How do I use an Oliver Bonas voucher code?
Fill your basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before you pay, then check that the total has dropped by the expected amount.
Can I spread the cost of Oliver Bonas furniture?
Yes. Furniture can be paid for with Klarna finance, which lets you spread the cost of a larger piece such as a sofa, table or cabinet instead of paying in one go.
Does Oliver Bonas sell gift cards?

Where can I find an Oliver Bonas store?
Oliver Bonas has stores in the UK and Ireland, and the store locator on its website shows the nearest one. Stores also handle click and collect orders and accept returns.
Tips for using a Oliver Bonas voucher code
Enter your Oliver Bonas voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has applied. Read the code's terms first, since an offer may exclude furniture, third-party beauty brands or sale items, or need a minimum spend before it works.
How to save at Oliver Bonas
An Oliver Bonas voucher code is the most direct way to reduce an order. Students and key workers can each claim a dedicated discount, and signing up to the newsletter brings a welcome discount on a first order. The sale page is worth checking before paying full price, and spending over £30 makes click and collect or ParcelShop collection free, while orders over £60 qualify for free standard delivery.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 2-3 days and is free on orders over £60. Next-day delivery is available when you order before 7pm, Sunday to Thursday, at a lower charge over £60, and Saturday delivery is offered too. ParcelShop collection and click and collect from a store are free over £30. Furniture has a flat delivery charge and takes 2-3 weeks, and orders can be sent worldwide.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 days to return an item, counted from the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later. Online returns are booked through the returns portal and can be dropped at a Parcel Shop or Post Office or collected by Evri, with the delivery fee taken off your refund. Items can also be returned in store. Furniture returns are arranged with customer service, and refunds arrive 3-5 working days after the return is received.
More about Oliver Bonas
Oliver Bonas combines its own designs with a selection of beauty and gift brands, among them Sundae, Kitsch, Floral Street, This Works, Dr Paw Paw, Patchology and Manucurist. The range moves from furniture and homeware through to jewellery, clothing and bags, which makes it a common stop for presents as well as for updating a room. It trades from physical stores in the UK and Ireland as well as online, and those stores double as collection points for click and collect. Gift cards are available, and there are discounts for students and key workers.
