About Pet Drugs Online
Pet Drugs Online is a registered online retailer of veterinary medicines, accredited by the VMD. Prescription items are only sent once your vet has approved the order.
Pet Drugs Online - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Pet Drugs Online - from voucher codes to prescriptions and subscriptions.
How do I use a Pet Drugs Online voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before paying, and check that the reduction shows in the order total.
How do prescription orders work at Pet Drugs Online?
Prescription medicines need approval from your vet before Pet Drugs Online can dispatch them, so the order waits until that approval arrives. The site runs a prescription service to help with this step.
Can I set up a subscription?
Yes. Pet Drugs Online offers subscriptions, which suit products you buy for your pet on a regular basis, so you do not have to remember to reorder each time.
Does Pet Drugs Online sell bundles?
Yes. The range includes bundles that group related products together, and you can also browse by brand using the brand directory on the website.
Tips for using a Pet Drugs Online voucher code
Enter your Pet Drugs Online voucher code in the discount box at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the total before placing the order. Read the terms of the code first, because it may need a minimum spend or leave out certain products, such as prescription items, and it cannot usually be added after the order is placed.
How to save at Pet Drugs Online
A Pet Drugs Online voucher code is the quickest way to cut the cost of an order. Standard delivery is free once your basket passes £49, so buying food and treatments together can remove the delivery charge. Larger orders can also earn a voucher to put towards your next purchase, with the reward rising at set spending levels, and bundles are worth comparing with buying items separately.
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £4.49 and takes 3-5 days, and it is free on orders over £49. Express delivery costs £5.49, Priority Next Day £7.49 (Monday to Saturday) and signed Next Day Morning £11.99. Order by 2pm Sunday to Thursday for next-day delivery. Fridge items go out Monday to Thursday to the UK mainland only, prescription orders wait for vet approval, and Scotland and Northern Ireland take longer.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Email Pet Drugs Online first, then post the item back. Returns are free only when the item is faulty or wrong; otherwise you pay the postage. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispatched, opened or used items are excluded, and refunds are made within 10 days.
