Petlibro - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Petlibro - from voucher codes to order tracking and getting help.
How do I use a Petlibro voucher code?
Add your devices to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
How can I track my Petlibro order?
Petlibro uses AfterShip for order tracking, so once your parcel is on its way you can follow its progress online with the details from your order confirmation.
Where can I get help with a Petlibro device?
Petlibro runs a help centre on its website, which is the place to start if you have a question about setting up a feeder, fountain, litter box or camera.
Tips for using a Petlibro voucher code
Enter your Petlibro voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to make sure the discount has been taken off. Read the code's terms first, since an offer may apply only to certain devices or bundles, and codes usually cannot be combined with other promotions.
How to save at Petlibro
A Petlibro voucher code is the easiest way to lower the price of an order. Signing up to the newsletter gives you early access to offers, and buying a bundle can work out better than ordering a device and its accessories separately. If you already own an older Petlibro product, look at the trade-up programme before buying its replacement.
Payment methods
Petlibro accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- American Express and JCB
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
