About Prestige Flowers
Prestige Flowers is a UK online flower delivery service sending hand-tied bouquets and gift sets that pair flowers with chocolates. Its bouquets are grouped into ranges such as next day, birthday, luxury and seasonal, and the shop also sells birthday gifts, so a present can be arranged in one order.
Prestige Flowers - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Prestige Flowers - from voucher codes to contacting customer service.
How do I use a Prestige Flowers voucher code?
Choose your bouquet, add it to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code box before paying, then check that the discount is shown in the total.
How can I contact Prestige Flowers?
Customer service can be reached by phone from Monday to Friday, which is useful if you need to check the details of an order or a delivery.
Tips for using a Prestige Flowers voucher code
Type your Prestige Flowers voucher code into the code field at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the order summary to be sure the reduction has gone through. Read the code's terms, since an offer may apply only to certain bouquets or need a minimum spend, and bouquets already on offer may be excluded.
How to save at Prestige Flowers
A Prestige Flowers voucher code at the checkout is the easiest way to lower the price of a bouquet. The offers page is also worth a look, as it lists bouquets that are already reduced. If you send flowers several times a year, the Delivery Pass covers unlimited deliveries for a single flat fee, which can cost less than paying for each delivery separately.
Delivery
Prestige Flowers delivers across the UK, and orders placed before 10pm can arrive the next day. For anyone who sends flowers regularly, the Delivery Pass membership covers unlimited deliveries in return for a flat fee.
