About Printerpix
Printerpix makes personalised photo gifts to order from your own pictures. The range covers photo books, canvas, framed and metal prints, photo tiles, calendars, mugs, cushions, blankets and photo puzzles. Every item is made to order once you check out, and the company says its prints are produced in the UK.
Printerpix - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Printerpix - from voucher codes to parcels and customer support.
How do I use a Printerpix voucher code?
Finish designing your product, add it to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field and check that the discount appears in the total before you pay.
When can I contact Printerpix customer support?
The customer support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm GMT. The contact page on the Printerpix website is the place to start if you have a question about an order.
Why has my order arrived in more than one parcel?
Printerpix may split an order containing several items into separate parcels, so parts of it can arrive on different days. It is worth waiting for the rest before assuming something is missing.
Tips for using a Printerpix voucher code
Have your Printerpix voucher code ready before you reach the checkout, and enter it in the code field before you pay. Look at the order summary afterwards to confirm the discount has been taken off. Read the terms of the code as well, since an offer may be limited to certain products, sizes or order values.
How to save at Printerpix
A Printerpix voucher code is the quickest way to reduce the cost of a photo gift. The site runs sale pages from time to time, so it is worth looking there before ordering at the full price. Ordering early helps too: if you allow for two to three working days of production plus standard delivery, you avoid paying for next-day delivery when a gift is needed by a set date.
Delivery
Each order goes into production first, which takes two to three working days. Standard delivery then takes three to five working days, and a next-day service is available if you need the item sooner. Untracked delivery services can take a few extra days to arrive.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it by contacting Printerpix to start the return. Return postage is free only when an item arrives damaged or faulty and this is confirmed; otherwise you pay to send it back. Bulk and wholesale orders cannot be returned unless they are defective.
More about Printerpix
Printerpix was founded in 2011 and sells only its own made-to-order products rather than stocking other brands. Photo books and wall prints in canvas, framed and metal formats sit at the heart of the range, which also stretches to everyday items such as mugs, cushions, blankets and calendars. To help with choosing a present, the site publishes gift guides for him and for her, as well as a blog. Printerpix ships to more than 15 countries, and its customer messaging includes a price promise and a happiness guarantee.
