Standard delivery is free on orders over £50.
PUMA - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about PUMA - from voucher codes to the app, gift cards and finding a store.
How do I use a PUMA voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promo code field before you pay, then check that the discount shows in the order total.
Does PUMA have an app?
Yes. PUMA has a shopping app, and members who order through it get free delivery, which makes it a practical choice for smaller orders below the usual threshold.
Can I buy a PUMA gift card?
Yes. PUMA sells gift cards, which let the recipient choose their own trainers, football boots or clothing instead of you having to guess their size.
How can I find a PUMA store near me?
The PUMA website has a store locator. Enter your town or postcode to see the nearest shops, which helps if you want to try trainers on before you buy.
Tips for using a PUMA voucher code
Enter your PUMA voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the order summary to make sure the reduction has been applied. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may exclude certain lines or need a minimum spend, and a code generally cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at PUMA
A PUMA voucher code is the simplest way to save on an order. Students can claim a discount after verifying their status, and there are also discounts for key workers and for disabled customers. Signing up for emails brings a sign-up discount, and ordering through the app means free delivery whatever you spend, while website orders over £50 also ship free.
Payment methods
PUMA accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- PayPal
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
- Apple Pay
Delivery
Evri Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days and costs £3.99, or nothing on orders over £50. Evri Express takes 1-2 days for £6.99, and DPD Next Day costs £7.99 from Monday to Friday. Personalised items need an extra 2-4 days. Northern Ireland is served by Evri only, and PUMA does not deliver to the Channel Islands.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 days from delivery to return items free of charge. Use the return label included in your parcel or create one through the Evri returns portal, which can also give you a QR code, then drop the parcel at an Evri ParcelShop. Refunds go back to your original payment method within up to 14 working days. PUMA does not offer exchanges, so order the new item separately.
More about PUMA
PUMA is the brand of PUMA SE, and its UK online store sells only PUMA products. Football is a big part of the range, with boots and collections tied to clubs such as Manchester City, and the brand's partnerships stretch into motorsport with teams such as Ferrari and McLaren. Running and training gear sits alongside everyday lifestyle clothing and trainers, and there are dedicated ranges for children. Designer collaborations add further collections to the core line-up, and the store locator on the website points shoppers to physical PUMA stores.
