About Rocket Dog
Rocket Dog is a UK footwear brand selling its own shoes for women online. The range covers trainers, boots, sandals, flip-flops, clogs and loafers, so there is something for every season, and delivery within the UK is free on orders over £60.
Rocket Dog - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Rocket Dog - from voucher codes to rewards and referrals.
How do I use a Rocket Dog voucher code?
Add your shoes to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before paying, and check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Does Rocket Dog have a rewards programme?
Yes. Rocket Dog runs a rewards programme for its customers, so it is worth signing up before you place an order to make sure your purchase counts.
Can I refer a friend to Rocket Dog?
Yes. Rocket Dog has a refer-a-friend scheme. Share your referral with someone who has not shopped there before and check the scheme's terms for what you both receive.
Tips for using a Rocket Dog voucher code
Enter your Rocket Dog voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Check the terms of the code first, as some offers need a minimum spend or exclude certain styles, and a code cannot normally be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Rocket Dog
A Rocket Dog voucher code is the most direct way to save on an order. Joining the rewards programme and using the refer-a-friend scheme can bring further benefits over time. Delivery is free within the UK once your basket goes over £60, so buying two pairs together, or adding a pair of sandals to a pair of boots, can avoid the delivery charge.
Payment methods
Rocket Dog accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
Delivery
Rocket Dog delivers free of charge within the UK on orders over £60. Orders below that amount carry a delivery charge, which you can see at the checkout before paying.
