Roman - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Roman - from voucher codes to rewards, Pay Later and gift cards.
How do I use a Roman voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and head to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promo code field before you pay, then check that the order total has been reduced.
What is Roman Rewards?
Roman Rewards is the loyalty scheme for customers who shop with Roman regularly. The Roman website explains how to join and what members receive, so it is worth a look if you order often.
Does Roman offer Pay Later?
Yes, Roman has its own Pay Later option. Read the terms shown when you select it at the checkout, so you know when payment is due and whether any fees apply.
Can I buy a Roman gift card?
Yes. Roman sells gift cards, which let the recipient choose from the clothing, footwear, lingerie and beauty ranges for themselves.
Tips for using a Roman voucher code
Enter your Roman voucher code in the promo code field at the checkout, before you confirm payment, and check that the discount appears in the order summary. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out certain brands, and a code usually cannot be added after the order has gone through.
How to save at Roman
A Roman voucher code is the quickest way to cut the price of an order. Students can claim a student discount, and signing up to the newsletter comes with an offer for new subscribers. The refer-a-friend scheme rewards you for introducing someone new, and the sale section is a sensible place to start before paying full price. Spending at least £20 also brings free standard delivery.
Delivery
Standard delivery by Royal Mail Tracked takes 3-5 days and costs £1.99, or is free on orders over £20. Next day delivery, for orders placed before midnight, costs £3.99 and is free over £85, though it is not available on items sent by third-party sellers. Roman also delivers to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 30 days from receiving an order to return it. A prepaid Royal Mail label is provided, and a £3 fee per order is taken off the refund for items that are not faulty. You can also take a return to a Roman store within the same 30 days.
