Rubbersole - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Rubbersole - from voucher codes to membership and gift cards.
How do I use a Rubbersole voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the total has gone down.
What is Rubbersole Premium?
Rubbersole Premium is a membership scheme offered by the retailer. Check its page on the Rubbersole website to see the current benefits and whether it suits how often you shop.
Does Rubbersole sell gift cards?
Yes. Rubbersole sells gift cards, which let the recipient choose their own trainers, boots or clothing rather than relying on you to guess the right size or style.
Tips for using a Rubbersole voucher code
Enter your Rubbersole voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the terms first, because some codes exclude certain brands or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be applied after the order is placed.
How to save at Rubbersole
A Rubbersole voucher code is the simplest way to save on an order. Signing up to the newsletter can bring a discount, and the referral scheme and occasional survey rewards are worth using too. Members of Rubbersole Premium get extra benefits, and keeping your basket above £100 means delivery is free, which helps when you are buying for the whole family.
Payment methods
Rubbersole accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- Visa Electron
- American Express
- PayPal
- Direct Debit
Delivery
Rubbersole sends orders from its UK warehouse, and standard delivery takes 4-6 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £100, while smaller orders carry a charge that is shown at the checkout.
Returns and cancellation rights
Returns to Rubbersole are free of charge within 30 days, which gives you time to try shoes on at home. Check the returns section of the website before you send anything back, so you know how to start a return and what condition items need to be in.
