About Saltrock
Saltrock is a surf-inspired clothing brand selling its own label for men, women and kids. The range takes in t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, swimwear, wetsuits and changing robes, along with footwear, bags and skateboards, and it trades online and from shops in towns such as Newquay, Padstow, Croyde and Swansea.
Saltrock - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Saltrock - from voucher codes to its shops and group discounts.
How do I use a Saltrock voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before you pay, then check that the total has been reduced.
Does Saltrock have physical shops?
Yes. Saltrock has shops in places including Bude, Croyde, Falmouth, Newquay, Padstow, Torquay and Swansea. Use the store locator on the website to find the one nearest to you.
Can I return a Saltrock order bought on TikTok Shop?
Orders placed through TikTok Shop are returned through TikTok rather than through Saltrock directly, so follow the returns process in the TikTok Shop app.
Tips for using a Saltrock voucher code
Enter your Saltrock voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may exclude sale items or need a minimum spend, and it may not combine with a student or key worker discount.
How to save at Saltrock
A Saltrock voucher code is the quickest way to take money off an order. Students and key workers can each claim a dedicated discount, and the sale section has reduced lines for men, women and kids as well as accessories. Delivery is free on orders over £50, so it can pay to combine a hoodie and a t-shirt in one basket rather than ordering them separately.
Payment methods
Saltrock accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- American Express, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay
- PayPal
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
Delivery
Saltrock offers free delivery on orders over £50. Orders under that amount carry a delivery charge, which is shown at the checkout before you pay.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are new and unworn. Returns are free in the UK, either to a Saltrock shop or by Royal Mail Tracked, and refunds are usually processed within 7-10 days.
