Schuh - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about using a Schuh voucher code and getting the discount at the checkout.
How do I use a Schuh voucher code?
Add the shoes you want to your basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code box before you pay, and check the discount has been taken off the total.
Why is my Schuh voucher code not working?
A code may have expired, need a minimum spend or exclude certain products. Check the spelling and the terms that came with it, and make sure your basket meets every condition.
Tips for using a Schuh voucher code
Enter your Schuh voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then look at the order total to confirm the discount has applied. Read the terms that come with the code, as an offer can be limited to certain products or brands, need a minimum spend, or stop working after a set date.
