Secret Sales - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Secret Sales - from voucher codes to how orders arrive.
How do I use a Secret Sales voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?
Secret Sales can send one order in several parcels, and delivery times vary from item to item. Each product shows its own estimate of 1-3, 3-5 or 5-7 days.
Tips for using a Secret Sales voucher code
Enter your Secret Sales voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been taken off. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may exclude certain brands or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Secret Sales
A Secret Sales voucher code is one way to lower the total on prices that are already reduced. Secret Sales also runs discounts for particular groups: students and graduates through Student Beans, NHS staff and key workers, over-55s and disabled customers. Delivery is a flat charge per order with no free threshold, so combining items into one order means paying it only once.
Delivery
Delivery costs a flat £3.49 per order, and there is no spend threshold for free delivery. Depending on the item, delivery takes 1-3, 3-5 or 5-7 days. Secret Sales delivers to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 60 days of purchase for a charge of £4.00 per order. Drop the parcel at a locker, a shop or a Post Office, or book a Royal Mail collection from home. Items must be in their original condition with the labels attached, and refunds can take up to 10 days from when the warehouse receives the return.
