Delivery
There is nothing to deliver: you book your stay online and arrive at the park on your chosen date. A deposit secures the booking, set at £50 or 20% of the holiday price, whichever is greater, or £7 or 20% for camping pitches. The remaining balance is due four weeks before you arrive.
Returns and cancellation rights
How much you get back when you cancel depends on how much notice you give. With eight weeks or more before arrival, 75% of the holiday price is refunded, minus the deposit. Between four and eight weeks the refund is 50%, and between one and four weeks it is 25%. Cancelling less than a week before arrival gives no refund, so holiday insurance is worth considering.
