Silentnight - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Silentnight - from voucher codes to guarantees and comfort exchanges.
How do I use a Silentnight voucher code?
Add your mattress, bed or bedding to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, and make sure the order total drops before you confirm.
Do Silentnight mattresses come with a guarantee?
Yes. Silentnight mattresses and beds come with a lifetime guarantee, while the rolled Sleep Now mattresses carry a ten-year guarantee instead.
Can Silentnight take away my old mattress?
Yes. Removal of your old mattress is available as a paid extra, which you can add when you place your order for a new one.
Tips for using a Silentnight voucher code
Type your Silentnight voucher code into the discount box at the checkout and check that the reduction shows before you pay. Read the terms first, as a code may only cover certain ranges, sizes or a minimum spend, and it generally has to be added before the order is placed rather than afterwards.
How to save at Silentnight
A Silentnight voucher code is the simplest way to cut the cost of a new bed, and signing up to the newsletter brings an offer for new subscribers. Spending over £49 gets free delivery to the room of your choice, so it can pay to buy pillows or a topper with a mattress. Klarna lets you spread the cost of a larger purchase.
Payment methods
Silentnight accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £49 and includes carrying the item to the room you choose. Rolled Sleep Now mattresses arrive in about 48 hours when ordered before 1pm on a weekday, bedding takes 2-3 working days, bed frames about ten days, and standard mattresses and divans 10-14 days. There is no next-day option, and Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands take longer.
Returns and cancellation rights
If you change your mind, contact Silentnight by live chat, email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This applies to undamaged goods bought on silentnight.co.uk. Once the 14 days have passed, a qualifying mattress can instead be exchanged once within 60 nights, but no refund is given at that stage.
More about Silentnight
Silentnight makes its beds and mattresses in the UK and sells them under its own name, with Silentnight Group Ltd as the company behind the brand. It holds B Corp certification. The online range covers the whole bed, from mattresses and divan bases to bed frames, and adds bedding such as duvets, pillows, mattress toppers and electric blankets. Rolled Sleep Now mattresses reach you within a couple of days, while the other mattress and divan ranges have a longer lead time. Mattresses and beds are backed by a lifetime guarantee, and a one-off comfort exchange covers qualifying mattresses for the first 60 nights.
