Simba Sleep - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Simba Sleep - from voucher codes to finance and old mattress removal.
How do I use a Simba Sleep voucher code?
Add your mattress or bedding to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before paying, and check that the order total has come down.
Can Simba take away my old mattress?
Yes. Old mattress removal is available for £50, which saves you arranging a council collection or a trip to the tip yourself once your new mattress has arrived.
Can I pay for a Simba mattress in instalments?
Yes. Simba offers finance, including 0% APR options, so you can spread the cost of a mattress or bed over time rather than paying for it all at once.
Tips for using a Simba Sleep voucher code
Enter your Simba Sleep voucher code in the discount code field at the checkout, before you confirm payment, and check that the reduction appears in the order summary. Read the terms of the code first, since an offer may apply only to certain mattresses, beds or bundles, and it may not combine with other discounts running at the same time.
How to save at Simba Sleep
A Simba Sleep voucher code is the simplest saving at the checkout. Simba also has discounts for NHS staff, emergency services workers, people working in education, students and carers, so check whether you qualify before you order. Standard next-day delivery is free for most mainland addresses, so choosing it over a timed slot or VIP delivery keeps the total down, and the 200-night trial lets you test a mattress properly before committing.
Delivery
Standard delivery is free and arrives the next day for most of the UK mainland. Beds come with free two-person premium delivery within 10 working days, without assembly. A specified time slot costs from £10, and VIP delivery with installation is £50. Remote areas carry a surcharge of £80 for beds or £7.50 for accessories, and some Highlands and island postcodes cannot be reached.
Returns and cancellation rights
Mattresses come with a 200-night trial, and bedding and accessories can be returned within 30 days. Returns are free, although the original delivery charge is not refunded, and you start one through the returns form. Refunds go back to your original payment method within seven days of collection, or within 14 business days for finance orders.
More about Simba Sleep
Simba Sleep Limited is based in Bristol and holds B Corp certification. The business traces its roots back to 1979, when it started out as a thread supplier, and it turned to designing mattresses in 2002. Its products are built around technology it developed itself: Simbatex foam, Aerocoil springs and Stratos, a fabric intended to help sleepers stay cool. Those materials run through its mattress range, which sits at the centre of a wider offer of beds, bedding and furniture, and loungewear has joined the line-up too.
