Simply Supplements - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Simply Supplements - from voucher codes to its annual membership.
How do I use a Simply Supplements voucher code?
Add your supplements to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
What is SimplyUnlimited?
SimplyUnlimited is an annual membership from Simply Supplements. Members get free express delivery on their orders, which can suit people who order often and want their supplements to arrive quickly.
Tips for using a Simply Supplements voucher code
Enter your Simply Supplements voucher code in the discount code field at the checkout, and look at the order summary before paying to confirm it has worked. Check the terms first, as a code may need a minimum spend or exclude some products, and it has to be added before the order is placed rather than afterwards.
How to save at Simply Supplements
A Simply Supplements voucher code is the most direct saving at the checkout. For supplements you take every day, Subscribe and Save sets up repeat orders with free delivery, and the price match promise is worth using if you find the same product for less elsewhere. Keeping a standard order above £20 also removes the delivery charge.
Payment methods
Simply Supplements accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
Delivery
Standard tracked delivery costs £1.99, or nothing on orders over £20, and arrives 2-3 working days after dispatch. Express tracked delivery costs £3.99. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Returns and cancellation rights
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery using UK Freepost returns. Once the parcel arrives back, the refund goes to your original payment method, although the delivery charge is not refunded. Clearance items cannot be returned.
