About SimplyCook
SimplyCook is a London-based meal kit subscription built around a monthly box of recipe kits. Each kit holds pre-portioned pots of spices and flavourings, and you add a few kitchen staples to cook a dish in around 30 minutes. A recipe library online backs up the kits.
SimplyCook - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about SimplyCook - from voucher codes to how the subscription works.
How do I use a SimplyCook voucher code?
Enter the voucher code in the promo field when you sign up or order, before you confirm payment. Check that the discount shows on your box total before you complete the order.
What do I need to cook a SimplyCook recipe?
The kit supplies the pre-portioned spice and flavour pots, so you only need a few basic kitchen staples to go with them, and most recipes take around 30 minutes.
Can I pause my SimplyCook subscription?
Yes. The subscription can be paused, changed or cancelled at any time, so you can skip a month when you are away or busy.
Tips for using a SimplyCook voucher code
Add your SimplyCook voucher code in the promo box during sign-up or checkout, and look at the order summary to confirm the reduction before you pay. Read the terms of the code, since an offer may only apply to a first box or to new subscribers, and a code usually cannot be added once the box is ordered.
How to save at SimplyCook
A SimplyCook voucher code is the quickest way to lower the price of a box. Because the subscription can be paused or changed at any time, you can skip a month you will not use rather than pay for kits that sit in the cupboard. Cooking from a kit also means buying spices in exactly the amounts a recipe needs, rather than whole jars you may only use once.
Returns and cancellation rights
SimplyCook is a subscription rather than a one-off purchase. You can pause it, change it or cancel it at any time, so there is no need to keep receiving boxes you do not want.
