Size? - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Size? - from voucher codes to shops, apps and gift cards.
How do I use a voucher code at Size?
Add your trainers or clothing to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promo field before paying, then check that the order total has dropped.
Does Size? have physical shops?
Yes. The brand runs shops around the UK, and the store locator on its website shows the nearest one. You can also take an online order back to any UK shop as a return.
What is the Launches app?
It is a separate app for limited trainer releases. Keep in mind that items bought through it have a shorter 14-day return window than ordinary website and app orders.
Can I buy a Size? gift card?
Yes. Gift cards are sold through the website, which suits anyone buying for a trainer fan whose size or taste you are not sure of.
Tips for using a Size? voucher code
Type your voucher code into the promo box at the checkout and look at the order summary before you pay to confirm the reduction. Read the terms first, as a code may exclude certain brands, new releases or items already in the sale. A code generally has to be added before the order is placed, not afterwards.
How to save at Size?
A Size? voucher code is the quickest way to cut the price of an order, so check for one before you pay. The sale section is worth a look for reduced trainers and clothing, and a gift card makes a sensible present when you are unsure of someone's size. Returning an online order to a UK shop or through a free drop-off option keeps the cost of changing your mind at zero.
Delivery
Size? delivers across the UK with standard delivery and also ships abroad, with international standard delivery starting from £5. You can follow the progress of a parcel with the order tracking tool on the website.
Returns and cancellation rights
Website and app orders can be returned within 28 days of receipt, while Launches app purchases have 14 days. UK returns are free through an Evri ParcelShop, a Royal Mail QR code, any UK shop or a home collection. Refunds usually arrive 3-5 days after the warehouse processes the parcel, though it can take up to 14 days. International customers pay for their own returns.
