Skechers - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Skechers - from voucher codes to membership, payment and finding a shop.
How do I use a Skechers voucher code?
Put your shoes or clothing in the basket and head to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promo field before you pay, and check that the discount appears in the total.
What is Skechers Plus?
Skechers Plus is the brand's membership scheme. Members get free standard delivery on orders and on returns, a 90-day window to send items back free of charge, and a discount when they sign up.
Can I pay with Klarna at Skechers?
Yes. Klarna is available on the Skechers website, so you can choose a Klarna payment option at the checkout instead of paying the full amount by card.
Can I find a Skechers shop near me?
Yes. The store locator on the website lists Skechers shops, which is handy if you want to try a style on before ordering. There is also a help centre for order questions.
Tips for using a Skechers voucher code
Enter your Skechers voucher code in the promo box at the checkout and check the order summary before you confirm payment. Read the terms of the code, because it may need a minimum spend or leave out certain lines or outlet items. Only one code usually works per order, and it cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Skechers
A Skechers voucher code is the simplest way to lower the cost of an order. Joining Skechers Plus brings a sign-up discount, free standard delivery and free returns within 90 days, which makes buying online less risky. The outlet section holds reduced trainers, boots and sandals, so it is worth checking there before paying full price, and Klarna can help spread the cost of a larger order.
