SpaSeekers - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about SpaSeekers - from voucher codes to gift vouchers and support.
How do I use a SpaSeekers voucher code?
Choose your spa package and go through to the booking checkout. Type the code exactly as given, since codes are case-sensitive, then check the discount shows before you pay.
How long are SpaSeekers gift vouchers valid?
A SpaSeekers gift voucher is valid for 12 months, which gives the recipient time to pick a venue and a date that suits them. A group booking voucher is also available.
Can I pay for a spa day with Tesco Clubcard?
Yes. SpaSeekers accepts Tesco Clubcard reward vouchers. They cannot be used together with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I contact SpaSeekers?
Customer support is available by phone and email from Monday to Saturday. The team is closed on Sundays, so plan any booking changes for a weekday or Saturday.
Tips for using a SpaSeekers voucher code
Enter your SpaSeekers voucher code at the booking checkout, typing it exactly, as codes are case-sensitive. A code has to match the package it was issued for, so check that it covers the spa day or break you have chosen, and look at its expiry date. Tesco Clubcard reward vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
How to save at SpaSeekers
Start with the spa deals page, which lists reduced packages across the UK, and add a SpaSeekers voucher code where one applies. Tesco Clubcard members can put reward vouchers towards a booking. Booking well ahead keeps your options open if plans change, since cancelling more than 30 days before arrival only costs an admin fee, while a later cancellation loses the full payment.
Payment methods
SpaSeekers accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Tesco Clubcard reward vouchers
Delivery
There is nothing to deliver for a spa booking. You book your spa day, break or afternoon tea package online, and the booking is confirmed for your chosen venue and date. Gift vouchers are bought online in the same way.
Returns and cancellation rights
Cancelling more than 30 days before arrival costs a £25 admin fee, while cancelling within 30 days means the full payment is lost. Optional cancellation cover can be added for £10 per guest. Changing a booking after it is confirmed costs £25, some venues are non-refundable, and refunds are paid within 3-5 working days.
