Sport and Leisure - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Sport and Leisure - from voucher codes to brands and dispatch times.
How do I use a Sport and Leisure voucher code?
Add your parts or kit to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before paying, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Which cycling brands does Sport and Leisure stock?
The bike range includes components and tyres from Shimano, SRAM, Continental, Maxxis, Fulcrum, TRP, RockShox, Zipp and FSA, covering drivetrains, wheels, suspension and brakes.
Does Sport and Leisure have physical shops?
No. Sport and Leisure trades online only, so orders are placed on the website and delivered to you rather than collected from a shop.
Tips for using a Sport and Leisure voucher code
Enter your Sport and Leisure voucher code in the discount box at the checkout and make sure the saving shows before you complete payment. Read the conditions attached to the code, as it may exclude certain brands or need a minimum spend, and remember that a code generally cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
How to save at Sport and Leisure
A Sport and Leisure voucher code is the most direct saving, and it pays to compare components across the brands on offer before you buy. Free UK delivery is shown on products, so there is no need to pad out an order just to avoid a delivery charge. If you need parts quickly, ordering before 3pm on a weekday gets same-day dispatch without paying for a faster service.
Payment methods
Sport and Leisure accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
Delivery
Free UK delivery is shown on products, and orders to the UK mainland arrive in 1-5 working days. A next-day option is available for faster delivery. Weekday orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day, and Sport and Leisure also ships to Europe and worldwide.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 14 days from purchase to return an item, using the online returns portal. Returning by standard mail with the return form is free, or you can pay for a collection. Goods must be unused, complete and in their original packaging, and refunds are made within seven days of the return arriving. Worn undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned, and for large items such as frames or wheels you should contact support first.
