SportsShoes - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about SportsShoes - from voucher codes to exchanges and gift cards.
How do I use a SportsShoes voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promotional code box before paying, and check that the discount has been taken off the total.
Can I exchange an item from SportsShoes?
Yes. Exchanges are free within the UK, which helps if a pair of running shoes turns out to be the wrong size and you want to swap it for another.
Can I buy a SportsShoes gift card?
Yes. SportsShoes sells gift cards, which let the recipient choose their own footwear or kit from the brands on offer rather than relying on you to guess a size.
Tips for using a SportsShoes voucher code
Enter your SportsShoes voucher code in the promotional code box at the checkout before you pay, and check the order summary to confirm the reduction. Some codes exclude particular brands or sale items, or need a minimum spend, so read the terms first. A code generally has to be applied before the order is placed.
How to save at SportsShoes
A SportsShoes voucher code is the most direct way to cut the cost of an order. Students can claim a student discount, and the price beat promise is worth using if you spot the same item for less elsewhere. The sale page, which includes an outlet section, is worth checking before you pay full price, and ULTRA membership may suit people who buy running kit regularly.
