Sweatband - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Sweatband - from voucher codes to its showroom, rewards scheme and finance.
How do I use a Sweatband voucher code?
Add your equipment to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the discount appears in the order total.
Can I see Sweatband equipment before I buy?
Sweatband has a showroom at its office in Milton Keynes. That can help with a larger purchase such as a cardio machine or a games table, where seeing the size and build first is useful.
Does Sweatband have a rewards scheme?
Yes. Sweatband runs a rewards scheme called The Journey for its customers. Check the details on the website to see how it works before you place your order.
Tips for using a Sweatband voucher code
Enter your Sweatband voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to make sure the reduction has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may only cover certain brands or types of equipment, or need a minimum spend. A code usually cannot be added after the order is placed.
How to save at Sweatband
Using a Sweatband voucher code at the checkout is the easiest way to cut the price of an order. The sale section is worth checking before you buy, especially for larger items such as cardio machines. Joining The Journey rewards scheme can add value to repeat purchases, and interest-free credit through DivideBuy lets you spread the cost of a bigger piece of equipment rather than paying for it all at once.
