About Tails.com
Tails.com is a dog food subscription service for UK dog owners. Rather than selling one standard recipe, it makes its own tailored blends for each dog, with both dry kibble and wet food available, and sends the food out as a regular monthly delivery so you do not have to keep restocking.
Tails.com - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Tails.com - from voucher codes to how the subscription works.
How do I use a Tails.com voucher code?
Set up your dog's profile and choose your food, then continue to the payment step. Enter the voucher code in the promo field before confirming, and check that the price has been reduced.
How does the Tails.com subscription work?
Tails.com prepares a food blend tailored to your dog and delivers it once a month as part of an ongoing subscription, so the next supply arrives without you having to reorder.
Does Tails.com sell wet food as well as kibble?
Yes. Alongside its dry kibble blends, Tails.com offers wet food, so you can choose one type or combine both in your dog's regular delivery.
Tips for using a Tails.com voucher code
Enter your Tails.com voucher code in the promo box when you set up or pay for your subscription, and check the price before you confirm. Read the terms of the code, as it may apply only to a first order or a new subscription rather than every delivery. A code generally needs to be added during sign-up rather than afterwards.
How to save at Tails.com
A Tails.com voucher code is the simplest way to bring down the cost of your first order. Once the subscription is running, it is worth reviewing the plan now and then so the food matches your dog's current needs and you are not paying for more than you use. Keeping your dog's profile up to date as it grows or changes helps make sure each monthly delivery stays suitable.
