The Protein Works - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about The Protein Works - from voucher codes to flavour swaps and customer support.
How do I use a voucher code at The Protein Works?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Can I swap a flavour at The Protein Works?
Yes. If a flavour is not to your taste, The Protein Works allows one flavour swap per order. Get in touch with the helpdesk by email to arrange it.
How can I contact The Protein Works?
Live chat is open Monday to Friday, and the helpdesk can also be reached by email. To follow an order after it has been sent, use the order tracking page.
Tips for using a The Protein Works voucher code
Enter your voucher code at the checkout on The Protein Works site before you pay, and check the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the code's terms first, since an offer may cover only certain products or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added after the order is placed.
How to save at The Protein Works
Applying The Protein Works voucher code at the checkout is the most direct saving on an order. Once your basket reaches £70, standard delivery is free and express delivery drops to £2.49, so combining smaller orders into one pays off. Choosing standard rather than next-day delivery keeps costs down when you are not in a hurry, and the refer-a-friend scheme is worth a look if friends train too.
Payment methods
