The Towel Shop - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about The Towel Shop - from voucher codes to bulk orders and price matching.
How do I use a voucher code at The Towel Shop?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Can I buy towels in bulk from The Towel Shop?
Yes. The Towel Shop sells wholesale as well as retail, so it can supply larger quantities for businesses or for anyone who needs a lot of towels at once.
Does The Towel Shop match prices?
Yes. The Towel Shop has a price match promise. Read the conditions on its website, then contact customer service with the details if you spot the same item for less elsewhere.
Tips for using a The Towel Shop voucher code
Enter your voucher code at the checkout on The Towel Shop site before you pay, and check the order summary to confirm the discount has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may leave out certain ranges or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at The Towel Shop
Entering The Towel Shop voucher code before you pay is the quickest way to reduce an order. Delivery is free once your order goes over £35, so it can make sense to buy towels and bedding together rather than in separate orders. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, the price match promise is worth using, and buying in bulk suits larger needs such as kitting out a business.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 365 days, as long as they are unwashed and unused. Fill in the online returns form, and customer service will send you a free return label within 48 working hours.
