TM Lewin - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about TM Lewin - from voucher codes to stores and customer support.
How do I use a TM Lewin voucher code?
Add your shirts or suits to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Does TM Lewin have physical stores?
Yes. TM Lewin has stores you can find through the store locator on its website, and some London stores also act as free click and collect points for online orders.
How can I contact TM Lewin?
The website offers live chat for quick questions, and a separate help site covers common topics such as orders, delivery and returns.
Tips for using a TM Lewin voucher code
Enter your TM Lewin voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then look at the order summary to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out certain lines, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at TM Lewin
New customers can sign up to the newsletter for an offer on their first order, and a TM Lewin voucher code at the checkout can lower the price further. Standard delivery is free once your order passes £175, so buying several shirts together can save the delivery charge. Choosing free click and collect in London avoids that charge on smaller orders.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days and costs £4.95, or nothing on orders over £175. Next day delivery costs £7.95 when you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday. Click and collect at selected London stores is free and takes 2-4 working days.
Returns and cancellation rights
Returns within the UK are free, so you can send back items that do not fit or suit you without paying for postage. Check the help site for the return window, the condition items need to be in and the steps to follow before you send anything back.
