TP Toys - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about TP Toys - from voucher codes to safety standards and choosing the right equipment.
How do I use a TP Toys voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Do TP Toys products meet safety standards?
Yes. The products are CE marked and meet the EN71 toy safety standard, and wooden items use FSC or PEFC certified timber where that applies.
Can TP Toys help me choose the right play equipment?
The website has buying guides that help you compare options before you order, and a help centre for questions about an order.
Tips for using a TP Toys voucher code
Enter your TP Toys voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then look at the basket total to confirm the discount has gone through. Check the terms of the code first, as an offer may need a minimum spend or leave out items that are already reduced, and a code normally cannot be added after the order is placed.
How to save at TP Toys
A TP Toys voucher code is the simplest way to take money off an order. The sale collection is worth a look before paying full price, and it can be filtered by brand, age and material. Delivery is free once your order reaches £50, and orders from £25 cost less to deliver than smaller ones, so combining purchases into one order keeps the delivery charge down.
Payment methods
TP Toys accepts the following payment methods:
- Klarna (pay later and instalments)
- Clearpay (pay in instalments)
- PayPal Pay in 3
Delivery
Orders under £25 cost £4.99 to deliver, orders from £25 to £49.99 cost £2.99, and orders of £50 or more are free, although large trampolines have a £4.99 charge. TP Toys delivers to mainland UK only, not to Northern Ireland or BFPO addresses. Weekday orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day and usually arrive in about 48 hours. Some remote postcodes take 3-5 working days, and most of Scotland 3-7 days, which can cost more. Nominated day, pre-12pm and Saturday delivery are available for a fee.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 14 working days of delivery. Contact TP Toys by email or live chat before sending anything back, and pack the item in its original packaging. You pay the return postage, or a collection can be arranged for a fee that is taken off your refund. Refunds are made 3-7 working days after the return arrives, and any fault should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
More about TP Toys
TP Toys was founded in 1959 and is a UK-based, family-owned business. Its products are designed in the UK and made by manufacturing partners around the world, and the company is part of Mookie Toys' World of Play. The large garden pieces such as trampolines, climbing frames and playhouses sit alongside sensory play, nursery items, arts and crafts and a selection of indoor toys. The website also publishes a guarantees page and a product safety notice, and offers several ways to spread the cost of a larger purchase.
