Tweeks Cycles - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Tweeks Cycles - from voucher codes to cycle-to-work schemes, finance and kids' bikes.
How do I use a Tweeks Cycles voucher code?
Add your bike or parts to the basket and go to the checkout. Type the voucher code into the discount code field before paying, then check that the order total has gone down.
Can I buy a bike through Cycle2Work at Tweeks Cycles?
Yes. Tweeks Cycles accepts the Cycle2Work scheme, which lets you get a bike through your employer if your workplace has signed up to it.
Does Tweeks Cycles offer finance?
Yes. Finance is available subject to status, which can help spread the cost of a larger purchase such as a new road, mountain or electric bike.
Does Tweeks Cycles sell children's bikes?
Yes. There is a kids' bike range that includes models from Woom, and you can add a helmet and other accessories to the same order while you are shopping.
Tips for using a Tweeks Cycles voucher code
Enter your Tweeks Cycles voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the basket total to confirm the discount has been taken off. Read the code's terms first, because an offer may leave out certain brands or complete bikes, need a minimum spend, or not combine with items that are already reduced.
How to save at Tweeks Cycles
Using a Tweeks Cycles voucher code at the checkout is the quickest way to cut the price of an order. Delivery within the UK is free once your order passes £49.99, so grouping tyres, tubes and spares into one basket can avoid a delivery charge. If you are buying a new bike for commuting, the Cycle2Work scheme is worth asking your employer about, and it pays to keep an eye on the reduced items shown on the homepage.
Payment methods
Tweeks Cycles accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Clearpay
Delivery
Tweeks Cycles delivers across the UK, and delivery is free on orders over £49.99. For smaller orders, check the delivery options and cost at the checkout before you pay.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 14 days to request a returns authorisation code, and once it has been issued you have a further 14 days to send the item back. An authorisation code is needed before anything is returned. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and returns are settled with either a refund or store credit.
