UKSoccershop - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about UKSoccershop - from voucher codes to shirt printing and goalkeeper kit.
How do I use a UKSoccershop voucher code?
Add your shirts or kit to the basket and continue to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, and check that the reduction appears in the total.
Can UKSoccershop print a name and number on a shirt?
Yes. You can add name and number printing to a shirt when you order, whether you want a favourite player's name or your own on the back.
Does UKSoccershop sell goalkeeper kit?
Yes. Alongside outfield shirts and kits, the range includes goalkeeper wear, so keepers can find a strip for their club or country in the same place.
Tips for using a UKSoccershop voucher code
Enter your UKSoccershop voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, then check the order summary to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may exclude certain teams, new-season shirts or printing, and a code usually cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
How to save at UKSoccershop
A UKSoccershop voucher code is the simplest way to take money off an order. Signing up to the newsletter is another route, as discounts are shared with subscribers. Because personalised shirts cannot be returned, check the size guide carefully before adding a name and number, so you do not end up paying for printing on a shirt that does not fit. Ordering a full kit in one go also saves placing several separate orders.
Payment methods
UKSoccershop accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Clearpay
- Alipay
Delivery
Orders are dispatched from a warehouse in the UK, and a next-day delivery option is available for UK addresses. UKSoccershop also ships worldwide, so customers abroad can check the delivery options for their country at the checkout.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 28 days to return an item, and returns are arranged through the online returns centre on the UKSoccershop website. Shirts personalised with a name and number cannot be returned, so it is worth double-checking the size and spelling before you add printing to an order.
