Vax - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Vax - from voucher codes to guarantees and product support.
How do I use a Vax voucher code?
Add your machine or accessories to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, then check that the discount appears in the total.
What guarantee comes with a Vax machine?
Vax machines can come with a guarantee of up to six years, depending on the product and subject to conditions. Check the terms that apply to the model you choose before you buy.
Where can I get help with my Vax machine?
Vax runs a dedicated product support site at support.vax.co.uk, where you can find help with setting up, using and looking after your vacuum or carpet cleaner.
Tips for using a Vax voucher code
Enter your Vax voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the order summary to make sure the reduction has been applied. Read the code's terms first, as an offer may only cover certain machines, may not apply to bundles or items already reduced, and usually cannot be added once the order has been placed.
How to save at Vax
A Vax voucher code is the simplest way to take money off an order. The offers page on the Vax website lists reduced floorcare machines, bundles and accessories, so it is worth checking before paying full price. Bundles can work out well if you need a machine and accessories at the same time. Delivery is free, so there is no extra charge to factor in when comparing the price of a machine.
Payment methods
Vax accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Klarna (pay in 3)
Delivery
Vax delivers orders free of charge with DPD, and orders placed before the 10pm cut-off are sent for next-day delivery. That makes it a quick option when you need a replacement machine, a filter or a cleaning solution without a long wait.
