Viking Direct - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Viking Direct - from voucher codes to business accounts and warranties.
How do I use a Viking Direct voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promotional code field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Can I collect Nectar points at Viking Direct?
Yes. Nectar points can be collected on Viking Direct orders, so regular purchases of paper, ink and other office supplies build up a points balance over time.
Does Viking Direct offer business accounts?
Yes. Business customers can have their account looked after by an account manager and use an invoice portal to view their invoices, which suits offices that order supplies regularly.
What is Viking Direct Protection Plus?
Protection Plus is an optional warranty sold by Viking Direct. It may be worth considering for equipment such as printers or monitors, so read its terms before you add it to an order.
Tips for using a Viking Direct voucher code
Type your Viking Direct voucher code into the promotional code box at the checkout and look at the total before you confirm the order. Read the terms of the code first, since it may need a minimum spend or leave out some products. A code generally has to be entered before payment, as it cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Viking Direct
A Viking Direct voucher code is the quickest way to take money off an order. The own Viking, Raja and Realspace ranges are worth comparing with branded equivalents for everyday items such as paper and filing. Collecting Nectar points adds value to regular orders, and it pays to read the delivery terms before ordering, as free next working day delivery is advertised subject to conditions.
Delivery
Viking Direct advertises free next working day delivery, subject to its terms and conditions. The full delivery charges and times are set out in the delivery section of its customer service pages, so check them before ordering if you need goods by a particular day. Orders can be tracked online after dispatch.
Returns and cancellation rights
Viking Direct advertises free returns, subject to its terms and conditions. A return is managed from the order returns page in your online account, so log in to start one. Check the conditions that apply to the product before sending it back, as some items may be covered by their own rules.
